April 21, 2013 – West Palm Beach, FL: Jeff Souffrant positions himself closer to another shot at a Florida Golden Gloves 152lb State Title after winning two consecutive decisions this weekend at the City Center Soccer Complex in Sunny West Palm Beach, FL.  Souffrant is now two wins away from defending his title and a chance of advancing to the National Tournament in Utah later this year.   Coach Leo & I are extremely proud of this young man and love having him as an inspiration to our younger fighters.  Thank you all for supporting us and making the Sweatbox a special place to train.

Family Values 5K Run – Supporting Sheridan House

 On Saturday, February 2, 2013, TEAM SWEATBOX will be attending the 5th Annual Family Values 5K Run/Walk at Sheridan House in Davie, FL.

For over 40 years, Sheridan House has stood in the gap for children and families. There is no better time to reach out, help out, and step out to make an eternal difference. Your willingness, ability, and generosity will truly change the lives of those children Sheridan House serves daily.

Last year, many friends and families put on their running shoes to pound the pavement for the walk/run.  This event has proven to be a great way for anyone to come out and show their support for Sheridan House.  Unlike most 5k’s, the focus is truly on fun for everyone involved – participants, volunteers, and spectators.  Join us in Stepping Out For Children and Families.

We thank you for your interest in partnering with us as we “honor Christ by serving the needs of children and families.”
